Randy Carrillo of Denison to Host First-Ever Open Studio in Denison

DENISON, Iowa – Local artist and creative visionary Randy Carrillo is inviting the public to step inside his world of art, film, and storytelling during his first-ever Open Studio event. The celebration will take place on Friday, September 26th, at 6:00 pm at 1305 Broadway Street, Suite 201, in Denison, marking the culmination of years of dedication, inspiration, and hard work.
Carrillo first opened his studio in September of last year, transforming the once-blank space into a hub of creativity where his projects have come to life. Now, he is ready to share that space with the community, offering guests the opportunity to view artwork previously unseen outside his “creative vault.”
Visitors will be able to tour the studio, see where Carrillo’s artistic process unfolds, and experience the environment where his ideas take shape. Complimentary refreshments and hors d’oeuvres will be served, creating an inviting atmosphere for conversation, connection, and inspiration.
Carrillo describes the event as more than an open house, calling it “the unveiling of a dream in motion.” From his beginnings as a young artist with a spray can to his current role building a creative enterprise, every step has led to this milestone.
The event is open to all, and Carrillo encourages guests to bring friends, positive energy, and curiosity as the studio becomes a shared space for art, community, and inspiration.
