Once Upon a Homecoming: Community Festival Set for September 25 at Washington Park
DENISON, Iowa — The community is invited to gather at Washington Park on Thursday, September 25, for “Once Upon a Homecoming,” a special community festival sponsored by the Student Council.
The event runs from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and promises an evening of fun for all ages. Highlights include games, trivia, face painting, a bonfire, and a pep rally to celebrate the spirit of homecoming. Food trucks will also be on site to serve a variety of local favorites.
For just $5.00, attendees will receive unlimited play access, with opportunities to win prizes at the festival’s prize center.
Organizers say the festival is designed to bring families, students, and community members together to celebrate homecoming week in a festive, family-friendly atmosphere.
