Kelsi Segebart Takes Ownership of Clausen Engraving, Launches The Memory Mark Engraving Co.
DOW CITY, Iowa – Clausen Engraving, a familiar name in the area for personalized gifts and keepsakes, is starting a brand-new chapter under new ownership.
Kelsi Segebart announced this week that she has officially taken over ownership of the business. She expressed gratitude to former owners Arrick and Larissa Clausen for the opportunity to continue the company they built with such dedication to their customers.
“I’ve always admired the care they’ve shown for their customers, and I’m excited to carry that forward,” Segebart said. “I’ve been a customer myself, so I know how special this business is to so many people.”
While the company will remain focused on the same quality service and projects customers have come to expect, a few changes are on the way. The business is relocating from Schleswig to Dow City and will operate under a new name: The Memory Mark Engraving Co.
What won’t change is the commitment to friendly service and the wide variety of custom engraving work that Clausen Engraving has long been known for. Segebart will also continue her insurance business, with engraving services added inside the same building.
Work is already underway to set up machines, complete training, and finalize the new space. Segebart said customers can follow along for updates and will be notified once the business is ready to take new orders.
“I’m truly excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to serve you,” she added.
