CCMH ADDS THREE ADVANCED PRACTITIONERS TO MEDICAL STAFF

DENISON, IOWA — Crawford County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) Board of Trustees is excited to
announce three new Family Medicine Providers will be joining the CCMH Medical Staff this month.
“As we continue to pursue ways to better serve the community, we have added staff in anticipation
of offering additional hours and services in the CCMH Medical Clinic,” said Erin Muck, President
and CEO. “The addition of these providers allows us to deliver services to our patients in new ways.”
The three new providers include:
Samantha Pauley, ARNP, who currently serves as the Nurse Director of
Emergency Services at CCMH. Pauley earned her Master of Science in Nursing
(MSN) at Morningside University in Sioux City, and her Bachelor of Science degree
in Nursing (BSN) from the University of South Dakota. Pauley worked as a
Registered Nurse (RN) at Nebraska Medicine and St. Anthony Regional Hospital in
Carroll, as well as CCMH. She was a Great Iowa Nurse award recipient in 2024.
Kiaya Alderson, PA-C, recently earned her Master of Science in Physician
Assistant Studies from Des Moines University. She also holds a Bachelor of
Science in Kinesiology and Sports Management from the University of South
Dakota, where she graduated magna cum laude. Alderson’s clinical training
includes rotations in family medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine,
cardiology, and women’s health. She is certified in Basic Life Support and
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support by the American Heart Association.
Macklin Conrad, PA-C received his Master of Science in Physician Assistant
Studies from Des Moines University and completed his undergraduate work in
Biology at Upper Iowa University in Fayette. He participated in clinical rotations in
several disciplines including family medicine and internal medicine. A native of
Sigourney, IA Conrad has earned his certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
