A Denison man accused of purchasing and downloading explicit material involving minors is set to face a jury early next year. According to records from Crawford County District Court, 33-year-old Travis Sean Myers was arrested in July on a warrant stemming from an investigation into multiple alleged purchases of child sexual exploitation material between October 2022 and March 2025.
Authorities allege Myers knowingly and willfully obtained digital files depicting minors engaged in sex acts on numerous occasions. He has since been released on a $10,000 bond and entered a plea of not guilty to 13 counts of purchasing or possessing depictions of a minor in a sex act — each a Class D felony.
A jury trial is scheduled for January 6, 2026, at the Crawford County Courthouse. If found guilty on all counts, Myers could face up to 65 years in prison and fines exceeding $130,000.
