(Exira, IA) – Officials with the City of Exira early this (Friday) morning issued a WATER CONSERVATION ALERT, asking all residents of the community to conserve water, effective immediately.

The City said the Regional Water Rural Water Association has had a leak, and the level in the City’s water tower is VERY LOW. At this time, officials say, the City of Exira is unable to receive additional water from RWRWA. Therefore, please limit non-essential use of water until further notice.
