DeAnn Reetz Announces Candidacy for Crawford County Treasurer
(Denison, Iowa) Crawford County resident DeAnn Reetz has officially entered the race for Crawford County Treasurer.
Reetz announced that she has submitted the required signatures and paperwork and will appear on the ballot for the upcoming primary election scheduled for June 2.
In a statement on social media announcing her candidacy, Reetz said she plans to share more information in the coming weeks about her goals and priorities for the office.
“I have submitted my signatures and am officially on the ballot to run for Crawford County Treasurer in the June 2nd primary,” Reetz said. “There will be more to come regarding my goals and agendas that I believe need to be addressed in the near future.”
Reetz also encouraged Crawford County voters to support her campaign in the primary election.
The Crawford County Treasurer’s office is responsible for duties including the collection of property taxes, vehicle registrations and titles, and other county financial transactions. Additional details about Reetz’s campaign are expected to be released as the election approaches.
