MRHC Wound Care Clinic Receives Excellence in Patient Satisfaction Award
Manning Regional Healthcare Center (MRHC) is proud to announce that its Wound Care Clinic has been honored with RestorixHealth’s Excellence in Patient Satisfaction Award, recognizing the center’s outstanding commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
This national award is presented to wound centers that meet or exceed a patient satisfaction benchmark of 96 percent. The award recognizes centers that achieve this distinction through consistent, high-quality care and a steadfast focus on the patient experience.
“This recognition reflects the exceptional care and patient experience our wound care team consistently demonstrates,” said MRHC CEO Shannon Black. “Thank you to our wound care team for making this accomplishment possible and for their continued commitment to excellence.”
The MRHC Wound Care Clinic is dedicated to optimizing outcomes and preventing lower limb loss in patients with non-healing wounds. The clinic’s approach to wound care is aggressive and comprehensive, coordinating traditional and advanced therapies and techniques proven to reduce healing time and improve healing rates.
“We are grateful to our patients for trusting us with their care,” said Kendra Tiefenthaler, RN, BSN. “We look forward to continuing to serve our community and expanding awareness of the comprehensive wound care services available close to home.”
