Local talent will take center stage this summer as area vocalist Addie Wood of Dow City has been selected as one of three winners in a community vote to perform the national anthem at the upcoming Country Drive Live Music Fest.

Wood, along with fellow winners Katie Eischeid and Bella Lendt, earned the opportunity through a public voting process. Each performer will be assigned a day to sing the national anthem during the three-day festival, scheduled for June 25 through June 27.

 

The annual Country Drive Music Fest is expected to draw large crowds to the area, featuring a lineup of nationally recognized country artists, including Koe Wetzel, Bailey Zimmerman, and Hudson Westbrook, along with a variety of additional performers throughout the weekend.
