Majestic Hills Fundraiser Raises Nearly $98,000 Toward Course Debt

Majestic Hills Golf Course and its Memorial Fundraising Committee are thanking the community after a recent fundraising event generated nearly $98,000 to help reduce the golf course’s outstanding debt.
Organizers credited the event’s success to the support of donors, sponsors, auction participants and those who contributed items for the auction.
“Without all of you and without everyone working together; this would not have been possible,” the committee said.
Special recognition was given to Dana Marten, Abby Marten and Brooke VanNess for their work organizing the event and helping ensure the auction ran smoothly.
Organizers also thanked Tiney’s on the Green for working with the committee during the appreciation night and remaining open throughout the auction. The large number of golfers and event attendees brought the restaurant to capacity, temporarily limiting walk-in service.
Majestic Hills officials said Tiny’s on the Green remains an important part of the golf course community and wished the business continued success.
The committee again expressed its appreciation to everyone who contributed to the fundraiser and helped the course move closer to its financial goal.
