Denison Parks & Rec seeking information after Washington Park vandalism

Denison Parks and Recreation shared pictures on their Facebook page of graffiti discovered at Washington Park over the weekend. The images show what appear to be markings made by blue spray paint on several parts of Kids Kastle and the brick wall of the bandshell. Parks and Rec stated in the Facebook post “We are at a loss for words at the moment. We don't like to share negative things, however, if anyone has any information on who is responsible for this please contact the Denison PD or Denison Parks & Rec. This took place sometime Friday night, May 28th, in Washington Park.” The phone number for City Hall is 712-263-3143.
