No. 3 Iowa State overcomes slow start to blast Utah
Third-ranked Iowa State used a 21-3 run to close the opening half and roared away to an 82-59 win over Utah in Ames. Curtis Jones led the Cyclones with 23 points and Tamin Lipsey added 20, including 11-of-14 from the line. That's ISU coach T.J. Otzelberger who says Lipsey's experience is a plus for a Cyclone team that is now 13-1.
