Iowa women visit Minnesota Thursday night
Iowa's women's basketball coach Jan Jensen says the Hawkeyes have turned the page after a stunning upset over fourth-ranked USC. They take a 5-6 Big Ten record into a game at Minnesota on Thursday night. Jensen says defense was the key against USC and it will be for the remainder of the season. Jensen says the Gophers have made major strides under second-year coach Dawn Plitzuweit. They are 18-5 overall and 6-5 in the Big Ten despite some injuries.
