Iowa women beat Rutgers 55-43
The Iowa Hawkeye women had to grind out their sixth straight victory. Lucy Olsen scored 27 points as the Hawkeyes beat Rutgers 55-43. Iowa won despite shooting only 37 percent and committing 16 turnovers. The Hawkeyes built a 16-point lead midway through the fourth quarter but only scored nine points in the final quarter as they improved to 8-6 in the Big Ten. Olsen finished 11-of-19 from the field and four-of-five from three-point range.
