PRESS RELEASE: HOSPITAL FOUNDATION OF CRAWFORD COUNTY ANNUAL CHARITY GOLF OUTING ON JULY 16
(Denison, IA) -- The Hospital Foundation of Crawford County (HFCC) will hold its 11th Annual Charity Golf Outing on Friday, July 16, 2021 at Majestic Hills Golf Course in Denison. Registration for the four person golf scramble is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. with a with a shotgun start at 10:00 a.m. A complimentary luncheon will be served on the course beginning at 11:30 a.m. Following the conclusion of the outing, all participants will enjoy a catered dinner and awarding prizes at approximately 4:00 p.m.
Since its inception, the HFCC Annual Charity Golf Outing has raised over $100,000 to support the capital equipment and program needs of Crawford County Memorial Hospital (CCMH). Previous golf outing proceeds have been used to support a CCMH physician recruitment and retention fund as well as the purchase of a new ambulance, lab, and patient care equipment. The funds raised from this year’s outing will be given to support the purchase of a new vehicle for the CCMH Patient Transportation Service.

The mission of the Hospital Foundation of Crawford County is to establish healthier communities by soliciting grants and charitable donations and responsibly managing, then expending, funds to assist the Crawford County Memorial Hospital in fulfilling its mission. The HFCC aspires to provide resources to assist CCMH in identifying and meeting the ever-changing health care needs of the communities served.
