No Injuries After Denison Highway Wreck on Wednesday

Nobody is injured after a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday in Denison.
The Denison Police Department reported the collision took place at 11 a.m. on Highway 59 with foggy and wet road conditions. A northbound 2003 Peterbilt did not stop at the intersection with Highway 30 and struck the front of a 2006 Nissan Altima. The semi-truck driver later told authorities he looked down to check his GPS and make sure he was on the correct route.
Police cited him for failing to obey the stop sign. They also cited the driver of the totaled Nissan for failing to provide proof of insurance.
