Drake improves to 23-2 with win at Illinois State
Drake built a 15-point second-half lead and then held off a late rally for an 84-77 win at Illinois State. It was the Bulldog's 11 straight victory as they improved to 13-2 in the Missouri Valley Conference. Junior guard Bennett Stirtz scored 25 points as the Bulldogs led nearly the entire way to improve to 23-2 overall.
