On Monday, Radio Iowa released its first football polls ahead of week one on Friday.

 

Reigning champions Kuemper Catholic open the season ranked first in Class 2A while OABCIG wraps up the 2A rankings at 10. Carroll is ranked sixth in Class 3A, while Audubon is tops in 8-Player, while reigning 8-Player runner-ups Woodbine sit at fourth.
