Harlan Man Arrested for Multiple Possession Charges
A Shelby County Sheriff’s Report declares 24-year-old Jeffery Gulick of Harlan, was arrested Tuesday morning on multiple possession charges.
Gulick was pulled over for a traffic violation early Tuesday morning. During the traffic stop, police found multiple substances in his possession. Gulick was charged with prohibited acts, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of prescription pills, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also cited for an open container as a driver, and driving on the wrong side of a two-lane road.
Gulick was taken into custody and held under a $5300 surety bond. He was released later on his own recognizance.
