Tri-Center off to undefeated start as they continue towards big goals
The Tri-Center Trojans boys' basketball team is undefeated at 8-0. Coming off the heels of a comeback victory over Treynor on Tuesday, the Trojans build momentum for the second half of the season as they are ranked sixth in the latest IHSAA polls.
This is a team that has been building over the last two seasons, led by WIC Player of the Year contender AJ Harder, averaging 19 PPG with 7 APG this year. But the Trojans are deep, with two other players, Cael Witt ( 10.1 PPG) & Tyler Battz (17.5 PPG), averaging double figures.
For Chad Harder, head coach of the Trojans, they continue to stay focused at practice and take things one game at a time. But Chad & the community are excited for the second half of the year and to keep building momentum for the playoffs for a Trojan team that has its eyes set on the Casey's Center.
