Anna Stangl takes basketball talents to Morningside

On Tuesday, IKM-Manning Senior Anna Stangl signed her letter of intent to continue her academic and basketball career at Morningside University in Sioux City, IA.

Anna leaves behind an impactful legacy at IKM-Manning, becoming the school's all-time leading scorer this season and helping a turnaround for the program, helping lead IKM-Manning to a regional semifinal in her Junior season.

Anna plans to study agriculture with the intention of coming back to her roots.

KDSN talked to Anna about her decision to sign at Morningside, her academic ambitions, and the community that helped shape her into the basketball player she is.
