Carroll’s Police Chief Brad Burke has updates about Friday’s bomb threat at the Carroll Middle School.
The instances from Friday’s threat led to the detainment of an 11-year-old student. Burke told reporters, through interviews with the student, his officers learned there was no threat at the school and no relevant device on the premises. Burke reiterated that threats like this do need to be taken seriously. Since the suspect is a minor, names are not released, and the case will be transferred to the juvenile courts.
