Lied Irwin Public Library Events
Tuesday June 2nd- Ron Rosmann, Shelby County Author of the book The Practical Farmer will be at the Lied Irwin Public Library at 6:30pm. He will be sharing his “blueprint” of sustainable farming.
Saturday June 6th from 9-11am come to the Lied Irwin Public Library as they celebrate 20 years in their current building which was given to the library by the Lied family.
Tuesday June 9th- Bring your cookbooks you no longer use and swap them at our Cookbook Swap at 6:30pm. Leave your unused ones and take some new ones home to try new recipes with!
Saturday June 13th at 10am there will be a Farm Fresh Magic Show with magician Jeff Quinn from Omaha. This is a free event sponsored by Shelby County State Bank. All ages are welcome!
Tuesday June 16th- Pollinators presentation by Brad Rasmussem at 6:30pm. Attendees will take home their own pollinator seeds to plant.
Thursday June 18th Mud Pies and Story Time at 10am. This story time is going to be messy!
Tuesday June 23rd- Ann Markim, a local author, will be presenting on homesteading and how it came to be at 6:30pm.
Thursday June 25th -Singin’ in the Barnyard Music Story Time at 10am
